Delivery & Shipment

Ultifresh guarantees that the order will be processed within 2 days of receipt except for holidays and non-working hours. After packaging, a delivery service will be arranged. Usually, customers will receive the item within 2 weeks. If the parcel is damaged, the customer can reject to sign for the parcel. Ultifresh will use the shipping service provider of its choice for delivery. Customers must pay standard shipping charges which may depend on the order value and shipping destination. Shipping costs will be shown on the checkout page.

Refunds Policy

Only out-of-stock items, wrong products and damaged couriers can be refunded. Any claims for damages must be made in writing to us within 2 working days upon receiving our goods. Send an email to hello@ultifresh.net and indicate the issues with supporting proof such as photos or videos. Ultifresh team will investigate and respond within 24 hours, excluding holidays and non-working hours. Any payment to Ultifresh constitutes payment for the provision of unused services and will be refunded. If the refund request is approved, customers are required to send back the item to Ultifresh’s office and the purchase price will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.
